When will I receive my order?

  • After an order is placed, it takes approximately 2-7 business days for it to be fulfilled. Once your order is in transit, you will receive an email with tracking information. The tracking link will provide updates and estimated time of delivery.
  • Please note that due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee delivery times. 

    How much does shipping cost?

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Free shipping is offered on all jewelry.

    What if I didn't receive a tracking email?

    • If 2-7 business days have passed since placing your order and you haven't received a tracking email, please fill out the contact form on our website or email us at ig.welivesoftball@gmail.com.

    How can I change or cancel my order?

    • If you want to change or cancel your order, please email us at ig.welivesoftball@gmail.com or fill out our contact form ASAP. Be sure to include your 4-digit order number. Once an order has begun fulfillment, we will be unable to make any changes.

    What if I placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation email?

    • If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam mail folder. Otherwise, check your PayPal and/or bank account balances. If there was a withdrawal from your account corresponding to your purchase, then your order was sent through. If you are still unsure, please email ig.welivesoftball@gmail.com or fill out the contact form on our website to confirm with us before placing another order.

    Is there a specific way I should wash/dry the clothing I ordered?

    • Wash clothing inside out with like colors in cold water. Use a gentle/delicate cycle. While some of our cotton clothing is pre-shrunk, we recommend hanging to dry. Following these washing guidelines will ensure you get the most wear out of your clothing.
